Steven House

Steven House is the proprietor of Outback Steakhouse in Daly City.  Steven moved to California from Texas in 1999, and began his career with Outback shortly after his arrival. He began as a cook and quickly moved up the ranks to management, taking over ownership of the restaurant in 2006. Steven was born in Aurora, Colorado, and grew up in Forth Worth, Texas.  He attended the University of Texas at Austin, and played rugby while there.  He now lives in Millbrae with his wife, Tami and his son Elijah.

Steven has teamed with the Daly City Police Department both for their yearly PAL golf tournament, as well as the Every 15 Minutes event, which illustrates what happens when teens drink and drive.  The Daly City Outback also invites local school children to tour the restaurant during "kid tours," where the students see the workings of the business, learn about Australia, and enjoy lunch.
