Carol Way

Carol Way is a charter member of the President's Council. After graduating from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Carol began teaching in Dayton, Ohio and later San Leandro, California. Now retired from teaching, she serves on the board of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) San Mateo Branch, San Mateo Alumnae Panhellenic and member of the League of Women Voters.

 Carol's community involvement includes serving as Past President of the Assistance League, member of San Mateo-Burlingame Auxiliary Lucile Packard Children's Hospital and a former member for 14 years as a Director on the San Mateo County Community Colleges Foundation Board.  Her personal interests include legislation, traveling, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
