Check Your Financial Aid Status Now


You can check on your financial aid status through WebSMART

• User Name:  Your G-Number
• PIN:  6 Digit Birthdate (i.e. Feb. 1, 1992 is entered as 020192)
• If you have problems logging into your WebSMART account, please contact the Admissions & Records Office, Bldg. 2 or call 650-738-4251. 

After logging onto WebSMART please go to:

• "Financial Aid" tab and
• Click on "My Overall Status of Financial Aid"
• Make sure to select a specific "Aid Year" and click "Submit" 

Under "My Overall Status of Financial Aid” is where you will see if there are any:

• Unsatisfied Tracking Requirements
  • If you have any "unsatisfied" requirements, please make sure to submit all documents required to the Financial Aid Office
  • Your financial aid file is NOT complete until you have "satisfied" all requirements
  • You will be notified of your financial aid award 3-4 weeks after your file is complete
• Cost of Education
• Status of Academic Progress
• Award Information (amount of financial aid you have been awarded, if any)
