Notes: Pia W. announced Stories of Transformation annual film festival beginning Spring 2021. The theme of this year’s Stories of Transformation film festival is “Vital Voices - Transformative Stories of Middle Eastern Women” and it will take place virtually on Thursday, April 29, 2021 from 5:00 – 9:30 pm. Study Guides are available on our website. Tim shared upcoming event for students. Please share this link: From Community College to Elected Office Form. Nicole reminded Senate of Flex Day next Thursday, highlighted Cultural Humility workshop. Rika asked members AFT Covid Vaccine Survey to fill out by Monday. Jesse and Bianca highlighted Meyer Award nominations, due by May 3: 2021 Meyer Award Nomination form

Notes: Purpose in establishing CPR guidelines is, first, to establish a clear and transparent process that articulates how and why programs will be added to the program review calendar. That criteria will inform the schedule of programs that undergo program review. Many new programs have been added, but are not included in the programming cycle. A major consideration is that program review should be a planning and evaluation tool that is connected to our education master plan.).
