Proctoring Services at the Learning Commons
Skyline College Learning Commons provides in-person proctoring services for currently enrolled individual Skyline College students who need to make up an exam. Since we are not a center, we do not offer class proctoring or services for students not enrolled in Skyline College.
Proctoring Requests
Skyline College professors wanting to request proctoring services for their individual students, please:
- Submit the Test Proctoring Request Form completely, including the make-up exam and not a placeholder.
- All proctoring requests must be submitted by faculty or staff.
- Same or next day requests may not be honored.
- Please allow 48 to 72 hours to fulfill your request.
- All proctoring services are in-person.
- No online proctoring services will be provided.
- All make-up exams will be printed as is. If you have formatting needs for the printed make-up exam, please deliver the printed version to the scheduled proctoring location.
- A maximum of three students can be scheduled on the same day and time. We will do our best to schedule a staff member to proctor the individual student’s make-up exam.
- Students registered with the Educational Access Center (EAC, formerly known as DRC) or need accommodations should continue to work with the EAC for testing accommodations.
- For students who are currently enrolled at Skyline College and are seeking proctoring services, they must contact their professor.
- For students who are not currently enrolled at Skyline College and are seeking proctoring services, they may contact the College of San Mateo's Learning Center for proctoring service information, cost, and scheduling:
