The Skyline College Technology Advisory Committee (TAC) serves as a viable forum through which faculty, staff and administrators discuss, plan and implement ideas and strategies that will best utilize advances in technology to enhance instruction, student support services and administrative services. 


Our Charge

The mission of the Technology Advisory Committee is to provide a leadership role in support of academic excellence, administrative decision-making, and operational effectiveness at Skyline College by 

  • Advising and making recommendations to College Governance Council to secure a reliable technology infrastructure and environment; 
  • Identifying and responding to changing technological needs of the college through fiscally responsible collaboration and innovation; 
  • Developing and promoting a unified and sustainable vision of technology that supports student-centered learning and success; 
  • Assuring the integrity and accessibility of information assets; 
  • Providing prompt and knowledgeable support to all users of the College's technologies.
