If you're a teacher or chaperone considering bringing a group of students to EYH, this page is for you!

  • Request Programs for your students

  • Want to register a group? Group "reservations" must be made before January 27th by emailing utsumia@smccd.edu with the number of spots requested.  All online registrations must be made by March 5th or the remaining spots will be opened to the general public.  Here's how to register a group:

    1. Your students may complete the online registration and choose the “I’ll mail my check” payment option.  Organizers then MUST send a complete list of students to utsumia@smccd.edu.* 

    2. You may collect paper registrations  , then enter the registrations online for each student choosing the “I’ll mail my check” option.  Please note that the EYH Office WILL NOT accept the paper applications any longer, they would be for your information gathering only, and must be entered through the online registration portal.  Organizers then MUST send a complete list of students to utsumia@smccd.edu.*

*If a scholarship is being used, please indicate as such when you send your list of students.

  • Scholarships for Registration Fees or Bus Reimbursements (Limited availability, requests due by January 27th

    1. One or the other is available, not both, as funding permits.  Priority is given to Title I San Mateo County Schools; other schools may be awarded as funding permits, after the January 27th deadline.
