What is it:  Tell them (icanaffordcollege.com) in 50 words or less how the California Community Colleges can help make your future brighter if you win $5,000 FREE money for college.

Dates of the contest: April 1, 2013 to June 23, 2013. On or about June 26, 2013, a winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries

Who can apply: Open to individuals who are legal residents of the State of California that are or will be at least 16 years of age at the time of entry. If individuals are not a permanent resident of the United States or are not the required age as of time of entry, these individuals are not eligible to participate in this contest.
