Tutor Training (LSKL 110)

The 17-week LSKL 110 Tutor Training course is the recommended preparation for becoming a Tutor with the Learning Center.

Tutors completing LSKL 110 will receive CSU transferable course credit and a Level I CRLA Certification.

Week 13 Tutoring Students w/Learning Disabilities
Week 14 Utilizing Campus Resources: Success Strategies for Learners

Weeks 16-17 Implementing and Evaluating a Tutoring Session


The Skyline College Peer Tutor training program is aligned with and certified under the International Tutor Training Certification program of the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA).
