The Work Ahead

  • Understand the antiracism and equity efforts occurring at Skyline College and district-wide. Engage with all antiracism and equity providers and stakeholders
  • Identify siloed areas and gaps in cohesion
  • Issue recommendations on how we can offer clear, cohesive, connected, and purposeful programming
  • Create an open communication plan for our campus about our antiracism and equity efforts
  • Draft a campus statement about these efforts and goals
  • Determine how best to measure campus and community impact
  • Develop campus antiracism goals and outcome metrics
