Student Representation Fee

As of January 2020, the Student Representation Fee of $2.00 can be reimbursed by filling up Student Representation Fee Waiver  , and submit it to Cashier Office at skylinecashier@smccd.edu.

Student Body Fee

Please fill out the Student Body Fee Reimbursement form   and submit it to Ryan Samn by emailing samnr@smccd.edu. Once it has been received, the Student Life Manager will sign it and send it to the Skyline College Cashier’s Office to be processed. Processing may take a total of 7-14 business days and another 1-2 weeks to be reflected on WebSmart.

Impotant guidelines and date for Student Body Fee Reimbursement form
  1. Each Student Body Fee waiver is per semester, meaning you may fill out one per semester. You may not submit for semesters that have already passed or for future semesters to come.
  2. To be considered for reimbursement, the form needs to be signed, dated and submitted BEFORE the last day to drop classes of the semester you want the fee waived for.
  3. For all Summer 2020 waivers, our cashier will not process these until the 1st week of July. Please do not attempt to contact Skyline College staff for the fee to be waived before July 1, this applies to checking on the status of a reimbursement.
  4. For all Fall 2020 waivers, our cashier will not accept any of these forms until mid-September and she will only accept the waiver if the Fall 2020 box is the only box checked on the form.
