Peninsula Library System (PLS)
Skyline College Library is a member of Peninsula Library System (PLS), a consortium of 35 public libraries in San Mateo County that shares resources and services. Students, faculty, staff, and community members can request and pick up materials from any of the member libraries at either Skyline College Library or at any local member library.
This is a free service. A public library card will be required at pick up. Request a Library Card now!

SMCCD Libraries and the Public Libraries in the Peninsula Library Systems have two different, separate library search systems / catalogs.

Once you've found the material you would like to check out, you can fill out the appropriate request form below:
- Request to pick up PLS material at Skyline College: Request to pick up a public library item at the Skyline College Library
- Request to pick up Skyline College material at local library: Request to pick up a Skyline College Library item at any of our member libraries
