SOCC general meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from 2:30 to 4:00 pm in Building 6, Room 6-202, during the fall and spring semesters.

Submit a request to be put on the agenda at an upcoming SOCC meeting.

• We review all submissions and, if approved, send a separate follow-up email to the submitter, presenter, and supporting parties the Friday before the desired meeting date.
• All form submissions MUST be submitted a week BEFORE the desired meeting date.
