  • Your G# and the day and time you would like your appointment.
  • The reason you'd like to be seen.

Instructions to complete your appointment:

1st step

- Register using the Link: https://sanmateo.studenthealthportal.com/Registration/Register

- Username: G number

- You may use either your school email or a personal email account that you have access to.

2nd step

- Go to your email and enter your desired password

- Return to the Health Portal and finish the registration process.

3rd step

 - Complete at “My Forms” tab

  • HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practice (for the Health Center and Counseling)
  • SMCCD Telemedicine (Health Center Consent and HIPAA)
  • Health History 
  • TB Questionnaire (for TB Test assesment only)

4th step

- To complete your appointment, please call 650-738-4270 or email skyhealth@smccd.edu.

Our Services

Health Services providers are available to confidentially advise students virtually FOR FREE. Services include but not limited to:

  • Treatment of a variety of illnesses and injuries
  • Program physicals/Health screening
  • Medication prescriptions and refills, including birth control
  • Immunizations
  • Tuberculosis screenings for employment and transfer purposes
  • Laboratory testing, including but not limited to titers and sexually transmitted infection testing
  • Nutritional information, referrals to internal and external resources and more
