If you’re interested in transferring to a private college or university, then a Transfer Admissions Agreement (TAA) with a private college or university may be useful for you.

TAAs are established with private colleges and universities and are contractual agreements that provide students guaranteed admissions to a participating private college. A TAA may not be available for all majors, impacted programs, and colleges or schools at a participating TAA college. Because TAA requirements and deadlines vary by college, students are encouraged to review the TAA individual contracts.

How to Set Up a TAA

To write a TAA Contract, students should schedule an appointment with a Transfer Counselor. Appointments can be scheduled in the Transfer Center or by emailing us or calling at (650) 738-4232.

Students are reminded that a TAA contract does not replace the admissions application. Students must submit a separate admissions application to the private college or university of their interest. Please review the website of the respective college or university for important admissions and financial aid deadlines.
